Sic•Skinz Custom Drum Wrap Policy and Legal Disclaimer:

• There is a one-time custom artwork setup fee that we request prior to any computer work being done by us.
• The $30 fee will cover all skinz made of that design. Any excessively substantial design changes to the point of being a completely new design will be considered a new design and incur a new $30 custom artwork setup fee.
• The $30 custom artwork setup fee will be in addition to the cost of the wrap(s) and is a non-refundable deposit to help offset the costs of our time to create the artwork.
• Emailed screenshots will be eMailed for approval prior to the wraps(s) being produced or sent by us.
• Since on-screen color representations and the final product often differ depending on the hardware (PC/Mac), Sic•Skinz cannot be held responsible for the final output of the wrap(s) not being exactly the same coloring as the on-screen screen shots that have been eMailed for approval and no refunds or returns will be accepted on custom work.
• If you do receive a custom wrap from Sic•Skinz and are not completely satisfied, please contact us respectably and we will gladly work with you to provide you with the best possible outcome for both parties.
• Sic•Skinz cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringements perceived by third parties or copyright owners if a drumset is seen onstage or in photographs, television, etc. as the wraps are the property of the customer solely and all copyrights are to be considered the customer's responsibility. Sic•Skinz retails the wrap(s) to the consumer, not necessarily the design represented on the wrap(s).
